Saints Row 2 PC Cheats Complete Cheat Guide
Saints Row 2 remains one of the most beloved open-world action games due to its chaotic sandbox mechanics and unique sense of humor. Players looking to maximize their fun on the PC version often rely on the built-in phone system to activate game-changing codes. Understanding how to properly enter and manage these codes ensures you can enjoy unlimited weapons, custom vehicles, and unique player abilities without hassle.
How to Enter and Activate Cheats on PC
Activating codes in Saints Row 2 requires a two-step process using the in-game cell phone. First, bring up the dial pad on the phone, type the specific phone number including the pound symbol (#), and press call. Once the phone accepts the input, the code becomes permanently stored in your phone's Cheats menu for easy toggling.
It is important to remember that using cheats disables autosaving and prevents unlocking Steam achievements. To protect your game progress, always create a manual backup save before experimenting with codes. Essential Player Ability and Combat Codes
Player ability codes allow you to modify your character's combat effectiveness and survival skills. Entering #1 instantly grants full health, while dialing #36 grants invincibility via the Never Die mode. For infinite ammunition across all weapons, dialing #11 ensures your combat momentum never slows down.
If you need quick financial backing, dialing #2274666399 immediately adds $1,000 to your character's account. You can also manage police or gang attention using #50 to clear cop notoriety and #51 to wipe gang notoriety. These abilities make tackling tough mission encounters significantly easier.
Spawning Vehicles and Weapons
Spawning custom rides and powerful weaponry gives you immediate access to Stilwater's heavy artillery. Players can dial #946 to spawn a standard RPG or dial #939 to receive a heavy Minigun. If your current ride takes severe damage during high-speed chases, calling #1056 immediately repairs your vehicle.
You can also call in high-tier luxury rides and air support directly to your position. Dialing #1043 spawns the high-speed Attrazione supercar, while dialing #713 calls in a Tornado attack helicopter. Specialized promotional codes like #4976 grant access to the unique Gyro Daddy mini-helicopter.
World and Environmental Modifications
World cheats alter the physics, weather, and general behavior of non-playable characters around Stilwater. Dialing #18 reduces environmental gravity to one-quarter power, allowing vehicles and bodies to float gracefully through the air. If you prefer chaotic combat scenes, dialing #19 starts a full-scale pedestrian war across the city streets.
Weather conditions can also be adjusted on command to fit your desired atmosphere. Calling #78666 triggers heavy rain, while dialing #666 creates intense thunderstorms filled with lightning strikes. To revert all environmental effects back to normal, simply dial #78670 on your cell phone.
